Individual therapy
Psychodynamic therapy
Understand how earlier experiences and relationships may be influencing the way you feel, respond and relate today.

About this service
A supportive way to move forward.
Sometimes the feelings or patterns that trouble us in the present have roots that are not immediately obvious. Psychodynamic therapy offers time and space to explore your experiences, relationships and inner world with curiosity rather than judgement.
Together, we can notice recurring patterns, make links between past and present, and develop a deeper understanding of what may be keeping you stuck. Greater awareness can help you respond with more choice, build healthier relationships and feel more in control of your life.

Psychodynamic therapy may be helpful if you are experiencing
