Information you provide
When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and the content of your message. This information is used only to respond to and manage your enquiry.
How your enquiry is processed
Website enquiries are delivered by email using Resend, our email delivery provider. Information is not sold and is not used for unrelated marketing without your clear consent.
How long information is kept
Contact-form information may be kept for up to 12 months after the last contact, unless it must be retained for an administrative, legal or safeguarding reason.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal information held about you, request a correction or ask for it to be erased where there is no legal reason to retain it.
