Organisational support
Critical incident support
Prompt, compassionate support following a traumatic or critical workplace incident.

About this service
A supportive way to move forward.
A critical incident can have a profound effect on the people directly involved, their colleagues and the wider organisation. Reactions may include shock, anxiety, disrupted sleep, difficulty concentrating, guilt or a sense of being overwhelmed.
Jindy offers trauma-informed support designed around the circumstances of the incident and the needs of those affected. The aim is to help contain the immediate impact, provide clear and compassionate support, and identify where further help may be appropriate.
